INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces of cream cheese

  • 1-2 cups of Cheddar jack cheese
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen corn kernel
  • 1 cup of canned black beans is dried and rinsed

  • Tortilla chips to serve

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine soft cream cheese with sour cream and taco seasoning. * For best results, shake cream cheese with a hand mixer or stand until it expands and smooth (without bumps), then stir sour cream and taco seasoning.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture into an 11x7 inch pan and spread it evenly with the spatula. Layers of desired ingredients: cheese, black beans, tomatoes / green chili, corn, olives. Garnish with sliced ​​green onions.
  • Cool until ready to serve, and serve with tortilla chips to dip.
  • Store tightly closed in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

NOTE

  • The number of toppings listed is general. Don't hesitate to use more or less according to your wishes.
  • If your shop does not carry Muir Glen Bakar Tomato with green chili, 2 cans of Rotel, or 1 can combo of diced tomatoes and 1/2 can of green chili, everything is dried well, enough.
