SNOW LUMER PRINCESS




Material :

  • 300 gr butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 125 gr of refined sugar
  • 400 gr medium protein flour
  • 100 gr cornstarch
  • 50 gr of full cream powder milk
  • 50 gr grated edam cheese (can also use parmesan or cheddar)


Sprinkles:

  • refined sugar and sugar donuts


How to make :

  • Beat butter, refined sugar and egg yolks with a low speed mixer, as long as they are evenly mixed.
  • Add grated cheese, stir until smooth.
  • Enter the mixture of flour, cornstarch and milk powder. Mix well using a wooden spoon.
  • Flatter the dough, print it according to taste and arrange it on a baking sheet that has been coated with silpat or thinly coated with margarine.
  • Bake at 140'C until cooked. The snow princess roasting process does not need to wait until it is browned, enough so that the surface is sturdy and dry. If the pan is tapped, the snow princess can be released, meaning it's cooked.
  • Heat the heat into a smooth sugar until smooth and roll it into the sugar donut.
  •  Arrange on the jar.
There are a few tips for arranging a snow princess in a jar to make it look "menor" and beautiful. The trick is to sprinkle donut sugar in each layer of the jar.
