Very Good Celery

Material

• 4 - 5 celery sticks - washed and dried
• 1 8 ounces of cream cheese - soft
• 1/4 cup of bacon - chopped
• 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese - grated
• 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley - chopped
• 1 tablespoon of fresh onion leaves - chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of fresh pepper
• 3 slices of spicy sauce

Step

• Cut the celery stick in half and set aside. Using a food processor or handheld mixer, shake the cream cheese until smooth. Add bacon, cheese, parsley, leeks, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Pulse or blender until all ingredients are mixed.
• 
  
• Using a small spoon, fill the "boat" celery with a cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with chives and additional bacon if desired. Serve immediately!
