Hot Chocolate Pudding
"You definitely haven't felt this pudding, it feels like soft, soft hot chocolate and creates a beautiful ombre effect and is free of noise when served in a glass bowl!
INGREDIENTS
- 10 grams of powdered gelatin
- 1/4 cup of cold water
- 300 milliliters of whipped cream
- 600 milliliters of milk
- 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 45 grams of dark chocolate (or milk), finely chopped
- 30-50 grams of sugar (adjust to the sweetness you want)
- 250 milliliters of whipped cream
- 20 grams of sugar
- Dark chocolate shavings
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour cold water into a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Set aside.
- Pour the whipped cream, milk, chocolate and sugar into the pan. Sift the cocoa powder and add to the pan. Set the pan to low / medium heat and stir to mix. Make sure the mixture does not boil.
- Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour liquid into a container with spray. Put 5 cups on a tray and divide the mixture evenly. Let the pudding cool to room temperature, then cover with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, or overnight. At this time, the pudding will split into layers and will develop an ombre effect, with the darkest color tasting most chocolate-y. (Note: If you want the pudding to be a solid color, place the liquid pudding from step 4 into the bowl and set the bowl on the ice bath. Beat until the mixture begins to thicken, then pour into the glass.)
- Add the whipped cream and sugar to the bowl and stir until thick and fluffy. Spoon the cream over the pudding. Top with dark chocolate shavings and enjoy!
