Milk cheese kanji
Ingredients
- Blueband 250gr
- 3 egg yolks
- 250 gr of refined sugar
- grated cheese to taste
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (if I use Nestle carnation because it's not too sweet, I'm not all canned milk, I left 2 fingers)
- starch (roasted)
How to make
- butter, sugar beaten until blended
- enter egg yolks and milk
- enter the cheese
- partially mix the mixture with roasted starch
- oven until cooked
