Rica Rica Fried Fried Gurame




Ingredients


  • Carp (500-600 grams)
  • Juice of lime juice, to taste
  • Kitchen salt ½ tsp
  • Sugar, 2 tsp
  • Cooking oil (for sautéing), to taste
  • Basil leaves, according to taste
  • Ingredients Seasoning (roughly ground)
  • Shallots, 6 cloves
  • Garlic, 6 cloves
  • Fresh tomatoes, 2 pieces
  • Orange leaves (finely sliced), 4 sheets
  • Cayenne pepper or curly chili, 10 pieces
  • Lemongrass, (take part white, geprek), 2 sticks
  • Pandan leaves (rough slices), ½ sheet


How to make


  • First clean the fish, then coat it with a squeeze of lime juice and salt, let it sit for a few moments until it melts and the fish smell is gone. Then fry the fish until it is fully cooked, remove and set aside.
  • Then saute the ingredients for the spices until they smell nice. Add to the stir-fried sugar and salt, stir well and taste until it feels right. Cook again until it is fully cooked and add the juice of lime juice before the dish is removed.
  • Pour the fried fish on a serving plate then flush with stir-fried spices typical of rica rica and complement the sprinkles of basil leaves. Serve immediately while warm.
