Watermelon Cookies Cake Recipe
Material :
- 175 g low protein flour (blue key)
- 80 g of refined sugar
- 100 g blue band cake n cookies
- 1 egg yolk
- black sesame
- light green and red chili coloring (koepoe2)
How to:
- Beat briefly the refined sugar, blue band and egg yolk, just flat. Or you can just use a wooden spoon.
- Add flour that has been sifted. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
- Divide the mixture into 3 parts, with a ratio of 2: 1: 1. Namely 2 parts give red, 1 part give green, and 1 part without coloring. Use a spoon, don't knead it by hand.
- form a red mixture into a cylinder (like rice cake), store it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- thinly roll the mixture without color, then roll it into the red mixture.
- Rinse the green mixture, then roll it to the previous mixture. Wrap it in plastic wrap, store it in the freezer for 10 minutes, or until it can be cut.
- Cut thin dough, arrange in pan, give sesame to seeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven.
