Chocolate-Dipped Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich






The recipe for making ice cream sandwiches with chocolate cake which is better? Dip it in chocolate. Explosion!

INGREDIENTS
4 cups of vanilla ice cream, slightly melted

For chocolate cookies:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup of butter, melts

1/2 cup of pink sugar

1/3 cup of sugar

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup of semisweet chips

For chocolate sauce:

2 cups of bitter chocolate chips

1/2 cup of puffed rice

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Apply softened ice cream to a baking sheet coated with baking paper. Thick to about 1 inch. Freeze until solid.

Mix flour, baking soda, salt, butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add chocolate chips, and mix well.

Apply the cake mixture to another baking sheet. Flatten the top.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove cookies and cool to room temperature. Cut 8 parts, then halve each cookie. Put aside.

Remove the ice cream, and cut it into 8 parts. Put it back in the freezer.

Prepare the chocolate. Melt chocolate and mix in puffed rice. Put aside.

Take an ice cream rectangle, and close one end between two cakes. Dip the other end in brown puffed rice.

Place the ice cream sandwich dipped in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze until solid.

Serve and enjoy!
