Apple Turnovers

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of ready-made puff pastry
- 500 grams of chopped apples
- 1 butter knob
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- Cinnamon sugar: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder for every 1 tablespoon of white sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add butter and apples to the pan over low heat and add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and brown sugar. Add a little water and cook until the apples begin to soften and caramel. Allow it to cool.
- Cut the puff pastry into a box and roll it.
- Half a spoonful in a spoonful of boiled apple.
- Drop a drop of water around the edge of the cake and then fold it in half. Use a fork to cut the edges and seals.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180c.
