Banana Split Shake









"Banana milkshake with chocolate sauce, topped with whipped cream and topped with delicious taste ....


INGREDIENTS


  • Thick cream (for whipping)
  • Chocolate Sauce, to taste
  • 2 glasses of milk (whatever type)
  • 3 drops of yellow food gel
  • 2 bananas (riper and spottier are better)
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles in color, for decoration
  • Maraschino cherries, for decoration



INSTRUCTIONS



  • Add thick cream to a large metal mixing bowl. Beat at high speed using a hand mixer until the cream thickens until the top is stiff that can withstand its shape. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside in the refrigerator.
  • Squeeze the chocolate sauce around the inside of your jar. Set aside.
  • Add milk, yellow food coloring, peeled bananas, ice cream and vanilla extract to the food blender and blend until everything is well mixed. Pour into your serving jar.
  • Fit the tip of your piping bag with the tip of 1M and fill it with whipped cream. Pipe over your milkshake. Maybe sink a little. One way to prevent this is to connect the pipe in the middle and make your way outside the tube so that the cream sticks to the glass and then continues piping to create a cone effect.
  • End with a drizzle of chocolate sauce and a sprinkling of colored sprinkles!
