Frappuccino Cheesecake

"You certainly haven't found Frapps Starbucks cheesecake not yet available in the United States ... yet. Until then, we will make it in the reg in our trial kitchen, and we recommend that you do the same at home.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 c. coffee, room temperature
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1/4 c. caramel, plus more to be served
• 4 tbsp. cream cheese, soft
• 2 tbsp.
• Ice
• Shake cream, to be served

DIRECTION

• In a blender, combine all ingredients except ice and blender until smooth. Add ice and blender until melted.
• Drizzle the caramel around the inside of the glass, then pour over the frapp mixture. Fill each glass with whipped cream and drizzle with more caramel.
