Cheesy Ground Beef Empanada
Material:
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1½ lbs. flank steak, cut the wheat into ¼ inch strips

- The first step is to stir the pieces of beef in cornstarch and let them sit on the cutting board for 15 minutes.
- And then, meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a small pan, set with medium heat, add vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, saute the garlic for a while, then add the ginger and cook for 30 seconds. Pour the remaining ingredients into the pan and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce starts to shrink or thicken. Keep warm when preparing the remaining ingredients.
