And then, mix soy sauce, brown sugar and hoisin sauce in a small dish and pour it into the beef mixture. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes to mix the flavor. Meanwhile on a small plate combine 1/4 cup of water along with 2 tablespoons of corn flour. Pour the mixture into the ground beef and stir until the sauce thickens.
