Pepper Jelly Brie Bites
pepper jelly topped with creamy brie cheese. Sweet and savory bites of splinter delicacy!

material
- 24 mini phylum pastry shells melted
- 3 ounces of Brie cheese peel removed
- 2 tablespoons of jelly red jelly
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- fresh thyme for decoration
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Arrange the phyllo cake shell on a framed pan.
Cut brie into 24 small pieces.
Spoon 1/4 teaspoon of red bell pepper into each cup of pastry.
Add pepper jelly with a piece of brie in each cup.
Bake for 7-8 minutes until the cheese melts.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle each glass with a little sea salt.
Decorate with small fresh thyme leaves if desired.
