Glazed Donuts
INGREDIENTS
- 500 gr. Of flour
- 80 gr. of sugar
- 40 gr. of butter
- 20 gr. of yeast
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- Frying oil c / n
For the glaze:
- 250 gr. of impalpable sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl.
- Add the milk and the egg, mix well and knead for 8 minutes, then add the butter and continue kneading until it does not stick in the hands.
- Form a bun and let stand for 40 minutes. Stretch the dough and leave it 1 cm thick.
- Cut it in the form of donuts and let stand to light again.
- Fry the donuts in hot oil.
- For the glaze: Mix the impalpable sugar, milk, lemon juice, zest and essence.
- Bathe the donuts with the lemon glaze.
