Glazed Donuts



INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gr. Of flour
  • 80 gr. of sugar
  • 40 gr. of butter
  • 20 gr. of yeast
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • Frying oil c / n

For the glaze:


  • 250 gr. of impalpable sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix the flour, sugar and yeast in a bowl.
  • Add the milk and the egg, mix well and knead for 8 minutes, then add the butter and continue kneading until it does not stick in the hands.
  • Form a bun and let stand for 40 minutes. Stretch the dough and leave it 1 cm thick.
  • Cut it in the form of donuts and let stand to light again.
  • Fry the donuts in hot oil.
  • For the glaze: Mix the impalpable sugar, milk, lemon juice, zest and essence.
  • Bathe the donuts with the lemon glaze.
