Tiramisu Fudge
If interested, you should immediately make it. Do not play around!

INGREDIENTS
- 28 ounces of condensed milk
- 24 ounces semi-ounce semisweet chips
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of espresso powder
- 3 tablespoons of warm water
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 cup thick cream
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- On top of a double boiler, melt chocolate and condensed milk together, stir until smooth. Add vanilla. Pour into prepared pans, and chill for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix water and espresso powder and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add cream cheese, refined sugar and espresso. Use an electric mixture to whisk until smooth.
- In a separate large bowl, add thick cream and shake until a rigid peak forms. Fold it into a cream cheese mixture. Apply the mixture over the fudge and chill for 30 minutes. Make a design on top of the cream with baking paper and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Remove the parchment and serve.
