STRAWBERRIES & CREAM CREPES







Strawberry and cream crepes This is a very delicious crepes, make them as fast and easy as they are

Servings: 4


INGREDIENTS:



  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ⅓ glass of sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup of heavy whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, plus more for garnish
  • 1½ cups strawberries, sliced


PREPARATION:



  • In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. Pour in milk, water, vanilla extract and melted butter, then shake until mixed. Add salt, sugar, and flour. Beat until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps left.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet with a little oil on low heat. Pour a little ¼ cup of dough. Tilt the pan in a circular motion so that the dough coats the pan in a flat circle. Cook for 1 minute. Turn and cook the other side for 30 seconds. Remove from pan. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Pour the heavy whipped cream and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar into a bowl. Shake with a hand mixer until the top shape.
  • Dollop a few tablespoons of whipped cream into each crepe. Place a few slices of strawberries on top of the whipped cream, then roll the crepe over the strawberries and cream.
  • Crepe top with more strawberry slices and dust with powdered sugar.
