INGREDIENTSFOR LEVELS
- 24 Oreos
- 6 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. Sugar
FOR CHEESECAKE
- 2 blocks of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. chocolate sauce
- 3 packs of hot chocolate
- a little salt
- 2 c. thick cream
- 1 c. Mini Marshmallow
DIRECTION
- Making crust: In food processing, Oreo's pulse becomes smooth crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a bowl, then add the butter and sugar, then stir until smooth. The texture must be the same as wet sand.
- Spread the 9 "pie plate and press it in a crust mixture.
- In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is light and smooth. Add powdered sugar, chocolate sauce, cocoa packages, and salt, then stir until smooth.
- Add about half of the thick cream and shake until smooth. Add the remaining thick cream and shake until very fluffy.
- Fold the mini marshmallow. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared crust.
- Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
