Strawberry Crepes
What is Crepes ?????? ...... very thin pancakes that are very easy to prepare and require the basic ingredients you always have. They are fast and perfect for breakfast or as a snack during the day.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (240 milliliters) of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup (220 grams of flour
- 1 cup (240 milliliters) of mineral water 3 tablespoons of soda (40 grams of oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons (30 grams of sugar

- Strawberry jam
- Fresh strawberries, cut into pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, mix with the eggs with sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Stir in milk, add flour and stir well. Add oil and mineral water and stir until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Sprinkle one teaspoon of vegetable oil or butter. Poor little spoonfuls of dough in the middle of the pan and in circular motion spread the dough to the edge of the pan.
- Cook the crepe until the bottom is light brown. Turn and cook the other side until light brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Fill crepes with strawberry jam and fresh strawberries.
- Dust the powdered sugar above before serving if desired.
