Skinny Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup PB powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, optional

Instructions
- Place the eggs, bananas, oats, protein powder, and PB powder in a blender. Pulse until mixed together.
- Stir in the chocolate chips gently.
- Drop 1/4 cup batter on a hot, greased skillet. Cook 1-2 minutes per side.
- Serve with extra banana slices, honey, and extra chips, if desired. Makes 8-10 pancakes.
Notes
*Leave out the chocolate chips if you want to make these even healthier.
