PIE CHERRY BAR
Material
For slats:
- 1 cup of butter (2 sticks) softened

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 3 cups of multipurpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
- 2-3 tablespoons of milk
Step
- Preheat the oven to 350 ° f.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, shake after each addition. Beat in extract. Add flour gradually.
- Apply 3 cups of dough to the mixture 15x10x1. baking sheet. Apply with pie filling.
- Drop the remaining mixture with a teaspoon above the contents. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely in a baking sheet on a wire rack.
- In a small bowl, mix enough powdered sugar, extract and milk to achieve the desired consistency; drizzle above.
