NO CHURN COOKIES & CREAM ICE CREAM

Churnless Cake and Ice Cream Cream Full of crushed Oreos and made with only four simple ingredients. No ice cream maker needed!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
• 2 cups thick cream
• 20 Oreo cookies, crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

• Place your mixing bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
• Remove the mixing bowl from the freezer and whip the cream at medium-high speed until a stiff peak begins to form, about 2 minutes.
• Fold the whipped cream into condensed milk, making sure not to mix too much.
• Fold the cookies into the mixture.
• Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.
