Watermelon Fudge
"The sweetness of this Fudge cake in the summer! This fudge looks and feels like a watermelon!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 glasses of granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 glasses of whipping cream
- Watermelon Extract
- 12 ounces white chips
- 7 ounces of Marshmallow Creme
- Pink and green food coloring
- Milk Chocolate chips
- Cooking spray
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add sugar, butter, and cream to the pan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. After the mixture boils, boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add watermelon extract and stir well. Add white chocolate chips and marshmallow crème / fluff and stir until evenly mixed. Divide half of the fudge into 2 small bowls and dip one green bowl. Leave the remaining bowl white. Color the greater number of pink fudge.
- Cover the round pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray. Spread the green fudge to the bottom of the plate. White layer, then pink fudge on top. Sprinkle a few pieces of chocolate to the surface and press gently - this will produce seeds!
- Put the fudge in the freezer for about 45 minutes, until it is fully cooked. Slice the watermelon slices and enjoy!
