Reese's Tiger Pie

INGREDIENTS
FOR LEVELS
Cooking spray, for the pan

  • 20 Oreos
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
  • a pinch of halal salt

FOR CHEESECAKE

  • 16 ounces of cream cheese, soft
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. cold heavy cream
  • 1 c. chocolate chip, melted and cooled
  • 3/4 c. smooth peanut butter

FOR GANACHE AND TOPPING

  • 1 1/2 c. semisweet chips
  • 1 1/2 c. thick cream
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter, melted
  • 2 c. chopped Reese


DIRECTION

  • Spread the 8 "spring shape pan with cooking spray and lining with baking paper. Make crust: In a food processor bowl, put Oreo into a fine crumb. Add butter and salt and pulse to join. Press the mixture into the pan and let it cool. As you fill it .
  • In a large bowl using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy, 2 minutes. Add sugar to combine, then gradually add the cream and shake at high speed until it forms stiff.
  • Divide the cream cheese mixture into two bowls. For one, fold in melted chocolate chips. For another, fold it in peanut butter. Spoon the spoon from each one into the springform pan to the brim. Stir with a butter knife and cool until hard for 5 hours, or overnight.
  • Make ganache: Place chocolate chips in a large bowl. In a medium pan over medium heat, heat thick cream. When the cream starts to boil, lift it and pour it over the chocolate chips. Let stand for 5 minutes, then shake until completely smooth.
  • Pour the ganache over the cake until it is completely covered. Then pour the melted peanut butter into thick lines.
  • While the ganache and peanut butter are still warm, press the Reese cut into the side of the cake. Cool 1 hour before slicing.
