Giant S'more Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie

INGREDIENTS



  • 2 cups of unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 3 cups of multipurpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 4 cups of semisweet chips
  • 24 graham crackers
  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 2 chocolate bars (16 ounces), broken into pieces



INSTRUCTIONS



  • Make a cake: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and spray a 10-inch springform pan with cake spray.
  • In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until well blended. Stir the chocolate, and press half of the mixture into the bottom of the pan that has been prepared. Top with 6 graham crackers to cover cookies completely. Top with mini marshmallows and then cover with chocolate boxes. Finish with the remaining graham crackers then cover with the remaining chocolate cake mixture. Press hard to make the layers even.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and fragrant. Let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes and serve.
