Chocolate Biscuit Lava Cake





With fruit jam and chocolate sauce, and looking at this lava cake without roasting is a true creamy delight



INGREDIENTS



  • 140 grams of biscuits
  • 100 grams of chocolate sauce
  • Sprinkles
  • Sauce:
  • 80 milliliters of thick cream
  • 40 grams of chocolate sauce
  • 40 gram strawberry jam



INSTRUCTIONS



  • Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush until you find crumbs.
  • Mix the crushed biscuits with chocolate sauce and stir until mixed.
  • Cover the mold with plastic wrap. Press the mixture to the sides with your fingers.
  • With the remaining crumbs, flatten and print into a circle to fit the top.
  • Pour the strawberry jam and chocolate sauce in it, followed by thick cream.
  • Place the round piece of pressed biscuits on top and press the ends together to secure.
  • Carefully flip over to the plate and remove the plastic wrap. Sprinkle with topping and enjoy.
