Crock-Pot Banana Bread
An extraordinary day for us to make desserts in our crock pots. It started with chocolate chip cookies that were slow to cook, and since then we've never looked back.

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon. pure vanilla extract
- 3 medium bananas, mashed
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon. developer powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. halal salt
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, plus more for toppings
DIRECTION
- Using two 4 "to 5" strips of paper, coat your slow cooker bowl in an "x" formation and spray with cooking spray. In a large bowl, shake the butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat mashed bananas.
- In another large bowl, stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into wet ingredients until they are combined, then fold them in chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker that has been prepared and stir into a flat layer. Add more chocolate chips and cook on low heat for 4 hours. Remove from the slow cooker and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
