Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Cones

Material:



  •   10 chocolate cakes, crushed
  •   2 egg whites
  •   ½ cup) sugar
  •   1 teaspoon of vanilla
  •   2 tablespoons of butter, melting
  •   A little salt
  •   ½ cup flour, sifted
  •   ¼ glass of milk



Step



  •   Place the cake in a ziplock bag and mash it with a wooden spoon until crumb. Put aside
  • Separate the egg whites into a bowl.
  •   Add sugar, vanilla, melted butter, and salt. Mix until mixed.
  • Sift the flour and add it to the bowl along with the cake crumbs. Mix until mixed. Add more milk if it's too thick.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and pour ¼ cup of dough. Stir around the pan until coated.
  • Cook until the surface starts to swell and turn upside down.
  • Cook for a few minutes then transfer to a baking pan.
  • Scroll quickly to the shape and cone hole until it is set (about one minute).
  • Chill and add your favorite ice cream.
  • Enjoy!
