- 1 teaspoon. butter, plus 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 apples, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

- 1 (16.3-oz) can be cold biscuit dough
- 8 caramel candies
- 1/3 c. cinnamon sugar
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. cream
DIRECTION
- Make apples: Preheat the oven to 350 ° and lubricate medium cooking dishes with cooking spray. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cook until the apple is soft, about 5 minutes. Put aside.
- Remove the biscuits from the tin and stretch a little. Add one caramel candy and one large spoonful of apple mixture to the center of the biscuit and make the ball, pinch the loose ends of the biscuit mixture.
