Strawberry Bonbon Ice Cream







"Imagine and think of this as a rich strawberry ice cream and fruit, sandwiched between two extraordinary chocolate chips.


INGREDIENTS


  • 14 ounces of strawberries, cut into pieces
  • 1 (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup thick cream
  • 17 ounces of semisweet chocolate, chopped


INSTRUCTIONS


  • In a blender, mix strawberries, condensed milk and cream. Set aside.
  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Cover the bottom of the bonbon mold with a layer of melted chocolate, and put it in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Spoon one layer of strawberry cream over the chocolate, and return to the freezer for 4 hours.
  • Cover with another layer of melted chocolate. Place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
