Strawberry Bonbon Ice Cream
"Imagine and think of this as a rich strawberry ice cream and fruit, sandwiched between two extraordinary chocolate chips.
INGREDIENTS
- 14 ounces of strawberries, cut into pieces
- 1 (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup thick cream
- 17 ounces of semisweet chocolate, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender, mix strawberries, condensed milk and cream. Set aside.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
- Cover the bottom of the bonbon mold with a layer of melted chocolate, and put it in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Spoon one layer of strawberry cream over the chocolate, and return to the freezer for 4 hours.
- Cover with another layer of melted chocolate. Place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
