Frozen Yogurt 4 Ways



Fresh fruit and crushed cookies transform plain ol' yogurt into a treat worthy of devouring.


Chocolate Oreo Frozen Yogurt

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 4 cups sliced and frozen bananas
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed



INSTRUCTIONS



  • In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment, combine yogurt, bananas, honey, cocoa powder and vanilla. Pulse until crumbly, then continue to process until a noticeable change occurs and the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
  • Transfer mixture to a standard-size loaf pan and fold in cookies. Cover and chill in freezer for 2 hours until frozen, but still soft enough to scoop.


Matcha Mint Frozen Yogurt

INGREDIENTS


  • 4 cups Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract


INSTRUCTIONS


  • In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment, combine yogurt, matcha powder, honey, vanilla and peppermint extract. Process until smooth.
  • Transfer mixture to a standard-size loaf pan. Cover and chill in freezer for 2 hours until frozen, but still soft enough to scoop.



Strawberry Cheesecake Frozen Yogurt

  • 1 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese
  • 4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 whole graham crackers, crushed
