SEAFOOD STUFFED MUSHROOMS




INGREDIENTS


  • Bella Mushroom One Baby Pound, clean, the stem removed and the center hollow (about 30)
  • 6 ounces of Simply Surimi Seafood
  • 1/3 cup of sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup of red or orange peppers, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/3 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup of buildup of Gouda Smoked Cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, divided
  • 2 teaspoons of Old Bay Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Sliced ​​green onion to serve.


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place about 1 tablespoon of butter in an iron skillet over medium heat to melt. Add paprika and shallots and saute for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and mushrooms and saute about 5 more minutes, or until the onions are transparent. Add Surimi Seafood, sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until done. Remove from the fire.
  • Stir the gouda bread and cheese crumbs immediately. Remove the filling from the pan, and wipe it with a tissue.
  • Place the mushrooms in the pan and fill each with a filling, push it down, and bring the mound above. Divide the butter into small pieces and spread it around the pan.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with green onions, serve immediately from the pan or their plate.
  • Eat hot.
