MANGKUK CAKE

Material :

• 500 gr of rice flour
• 350 gr cassava tape
• 750 ml of water
• 3/4 cans of sweetened condensed milk
• 150 grams of sand rolls
• 2 tbsp baking powder

How to make :

• Heat steam
• Blend the tape with water, strain it
• mix into one rice flour, sweetened condensed milk and granulated sugar put in the smoothed tape stir well, finally add the baking powder, mix well.
• Pour in the mold (cucing) without greasing.
• Steamed until cooked,
