CUE CARAMEL 'ANNK NEST
Material :
- 8 eggs
- 200 gr of flour
- 225 grams of brown sugar
- 200 grams of butter
- 200 ml of hot water
- 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp of seasoning (optional)
How to:
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt, specimens, mix well and set aside.
- Make caramel, cook brown sugar until it's brownish. Cook over low heat until it becomes caramel. Then pour hot water and let it boil, add butter, mix well, lift cool.
- Beat the eggs using wisk or mixer (but do not shuffle too long), add the milk stir evenly set aside.
- Put the egg beaters little by little into the caramel then stir, add the flour mixture ----> if necessary strain until the mixture is not lumpy / mixer.
- Pour in a pan that has been smeared with butter and sprinkled with flour. Heat in oven 180 C for 45 minutes until done, remove.
