Material
- 1 cup added unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 cup of chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup of low-carb chocolate
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix the protein powder and peanut butter. Stir until you can knead with your hands without peanut butter sticking to you. This will turn into consistency like play dough. You should have a clean bowl when you finish stirring.
- The dough balls become balls which are about 1 teaspoon in size.
Freeze for 2 hours.
- Baking sheet with baking paper (not wax paper, it's not the same thing.)
- Melt your chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute. Move. If it doesn't melt completely, return it to the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until the chocolate is completely melted. Stirring is very important to know when chocolate really melts. If you don't stir, you will burn your chocolate.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place it on a baking sheet. Return to the freezer until the chocolate hardens.
- Transfer to a safe storage container for food and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
