Ingredients
Swirl Chocolate Balls
10 ounces white chocolate, melted
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
Serving
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
ice cream of choice
fresh berries of choice, optional
Instructions
In a medium bowl, melt white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth. Repeat in a separate bowl for dark chocolate.
Cut the corner off a ziplock bag and pipe into white chocolate following video. Set aside.
Set aside a medium baking sheet, and place 4 ramekins or very small bowls onto sheet. Inflate four 5" balloons to about 6 inches in length.
Dip each balloon into chocolate, twist to create a swirl pattern and place upside down into a ramekin/bowl. Freeze 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer. Carefully pop the balloon with a knife or cake tester. Pull off popped balloon and set chocolate ball back onto baking sheet.
When ready to serve, melt semisweet chocolate until piping hot. Place an ice cream scoop and berries onto each serving plate, and place ball on top.
Pour hot chocolate in a criss-cross pattern on top of each ball. Watch ball pull away to reveal the ice cream underneath. Enjoy!
