SAVE
In contrast to these Brownies, it has a thousand layers and tastes a million times better than ordinary brownies!
Portion:
serving time 10-12
INGREDIENTS
- 150g diced butter
- 300g dark chocolate is cut
- 6 eggs
- 375g of gold caster sugar
- 150g of flour
- 45g cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 g of white chocolate is cut
- 200g of dark chocolate is cut
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Cover a 22cm square baking pan with parchment.
Make brownie dough:
- Add the diced butter and 300 g of chopped chocolate to a heat-resistant bowl, and place it on a pan of boiling water to make sure the base of the bowl does not touch the water. Let the butter and chocolate melt and stir together. Set aside and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Take your egg and caster sugar and use an electric whisk together until it is light and fluffy - about 5 minutes. In a separate bowl filter the flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir to mix. Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg to make sure you don't release air from the mixture. Pour the chocolate egg mixture into a bowl with flour and fold it again until it is fully mixed and there is no bag of flour.
Install your brownies:
- Cut 200 g of white chocolate and 200 g of dark chocolate, cut sideways with a knife to get a long piece of chocolate.
- Pour a little brownie mixture into a prepared tin - about ¼ of the mixture and enough to cover the bottom. Then sprinkle on top of a layer of chopped white chocolate that is even, followed by another dough. Repeat this step alternately with a layer of white and dark chocolate chips until you are finished with a sprinkling of dark chocolate on top.
- Place your brownies in the middle of the oven for 30 - 35 minutes until the center has just been set but still a little fudgey. Allow to cool on the can, then lift and cut. You will be able to see all the delicious chunks of chocolate - delicious!
