INSTRUCTIONS
- Add thick cream, condensed milk and peanut butter to the blender. Blend at high speed for about 5 seconds until combined.
- In a small bowl, shake the strawberry jam and strawberry syrup.
- Pour the ice cream mixture onto a framed baking sheet and spoonful with the strawberry jam mixture. Use a toothpick to stir the jam into the peanut butter, and freeze for about 30 minutes until it hardens.
- Cut frozen ice cream into pieces, and use a spatula to gently roll the ice cream into a short tube. Place each tube in a bowl and cover with chopped nuts and diced strawberries.
