Rocky Road Pie

"What do you do to turn the taste of your favorite ice cream into a pie!

INGREDIENTS

1 graham cracker crust
12 ounces of cream cheese, soft
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 c. chocolate chips, melted (plus drizzle)
a little salt
1 1/2 c. thick cream
1 1/2 c. Mini Marshmallow
1/2 c. chopped almonds

DIRECTION

• Fill: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder, melted chocolate and salt. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Gradually add thick cream and shake until it forms a stiff peak.
• Pour into graham crackers ready to serve. Chill until ready, about 2 hours.
• Cover the top of the pie with marshmallows and almonds. Bake, until baking, about 1 minute.
