Apple Caramel Tart
Pay attention !!! Who doesn't like delicious, pretty, and ice cream fruit desserts?
INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium apple
- 4 boxes of puff pastry (cut from large puff pastry sheets)
- 5 tablespoons of butter
- 6 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Vanilla ice cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the ends of the puff pastry, leaving two corners. Bring the cut edge to the other side by pulling it across, giving it a touch for decorative accents.
- Wash and dry the apples. Cut it into four pieces and cut the core. Thinly sliced.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, pour half the sugar into four mounds of the same size as your puff pastry box. Place the cake box on the sugar. Adjust the apple slices to the center of each box. Sprinkle a little more sugar with half the butter on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees F. There will be juice seeping out from the cake. Pour this over your tart. Add the remaining sugar and butter on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until caramel tart bottom. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
