Walnuts Fruit Mix



Material :

  •  150 gr margarine
  •  100 gr butter
  •  250 grams of refined sugar
  •  350 grams of low protein flour
  • 4 egg yolks
  •  2 tsp vanilla essence (I use the powder)
  •  1 tsp baking powder
  •  1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • Sprinkles:
  •  walnuts
  •  Cut red / green cherries
  •  raisins cut


How to make :


  • Margarine + butter + sugar + vanilla powder shaken until fluffy and then put egg yolks one by one while continuing to shake. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda that has been sifted. Stir well.
  • Pour in 2 pieces of size 28 cm and spread with a palette knife. To be smooth, place the plastic on the surface of the cake mixture and smooth it using a small rolling pin. Brush the yolk. Tata fruitmix and raisins. Pour walnuts. Arrange so that the color is evenly distributed. Press and press the walnut so that it doesn't come off easily. Puncture with a fork.
  • Bake in oven 150 C until it's slightly yellow about 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Allow about 5 minutes for the cake to cut easily. Cut it slowly with the cutter (which is still new). Arrange on another one and give distance. Bake again until cooked and crispy.
