Putri Mandi's Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- Material :
- 225 gr white sticky rice flour
- 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 2 tablespoons of refined sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp of whiting water
- 175 ml of warm water
- Red dye
- Green coloring
Material contents :
- 115 gr brown sugar, fine comb
- Enough of jackfruit fruit
- 75 ml of water
- 2 lbr pandan leaves, tie
- 150 gr of coarse grated coconut
- 1 tbsp margarine
Santan Gravy:
- 350 ml of coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 lbs of pandan leaves, conclude
Instructions
- How to make skin dough:
- Mix sticky rice flour, betel lime water, sugar, tapioca flour and salt, mix well. Add warm water little by little while stirring until easily formed.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts. Add each mixture with red coloring and green coloring, mix well.
- Next, pour 1 tablespoon of the sauce mixture into a small bowl. Arrange one green and red ball above it.
- Take 1/2 tsp of skin mixture, round it, then flatten. Fill the center of the mixture with the ingredients, round it back. Do it until all the ingredients run out.
- Steam using a cage for 25 minutes or until done. Lift, serve.
How to Make Contents:
- Heat the skillet first, then add brown sugar, jackfruit, pandan leaves and water. Stir well.
- Add grated coconut and margarine. Stir until the liquid is dry and easy to form. Lift. Cool it down.
- How to Make Gravy:
- Bring the coconut milk, sugar, salt and pandan leaves to a boil, stirring until the liquid is reduced. Lift. Set it aside.
Note:
As one of the processed cakes, this princess bath cake cannot last for a long time, so it must be used up in one day or stored in a refrigerator so that it is not easily stale.
