DINNER ROLN FASTER AND EASY




INGREDIENTS


  • 1 cup and 2 tablespoons of warm water
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 and 1/2 cup of multipurpose flour, divided
  • 2 tablespoons of salted, melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • In a standing mixer bowl, stir in warm water, vegetable oil, yeast, and sugar. Let stand 15 minutes until foamy.
  • Add 2 cups of flour, salt and eggs. Using the dough hook, stir until mixed. Gradually add the remaining flour, stirring between each addition until it is completely mixed.
  • Brush a cast iron skillet with butter.
  • Form the mixture into 12 balls. Place the ball of dough on an oily cast iron skillet. Let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes. The size of the ball dough must be almost doubled.
  • Brush the top of the roll with melted butter. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush again with the remaining melted butter.
  • Serve warm with butter
