The first step is to cut the beef steak into 1cm wide pieces. Soak with all marinade ingredients including soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, sugar, Chinese cooking wine, and corn flour for 15 minutes. Mix sesame oil just before starting to fry.
Then, add the cooking oil in a large skillet until the oil can cover the bottom of the pan evenly. Apply a piece of beef. Leave it for about 5 to 6 seconds and stir gently several times until the meat changes color. Transfer the beef and leave 1 tablespoon of oil.
