No Bake Oreo Tart







"We present the No Bake Oreo Tart. Made with dark chocolate and an American favorite, delicious alluring



INGREDIENTS



  • 300 grams of crushed Oreo biscuits
  • 100 grams of chopped Oreo cake
  • 50 grams of baby Oreo
  • 150 grams of melted unsalted butter
  • 400 grams of dark cooked chocolate
  • 150 milliliters thick cream (35 percent fat content)



INSTRUCTIONS



  • Start by adding 300 grams of Oreo to the food processor and process until you reach a fine crumb. Add melted butter and process until evenly mixed.
  • Add the crumbs of the mixture to a 30 centimeter rectangle. I use a long one but you can use a 20 centimeter round tin. Press down using the palm of your hand. Form it so that it covers the bottom and sides evenly. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to tighten.
  • While it is cold, prepare chocolate filling by adding dark chocolate and cream to a large microwave safe and microwave bowl for 20 seconds each time, stirring each time until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with roughly chopped Oreo and baby Oreo. Place it in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or overnight to cool before serving.
