Flourless Fudge Cookies
We still make the fudgiest cake with the sharpest edges. It's not addictive, so it's a very good thing because they come with less guilt than ordinary cakes.

INGREDIENTSCooking spray
- 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. halal salt
- 4 cold egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chip
DIRECTION
- Preheat the oven to 350 ° and line two baking sheets with baking paper and very light oil with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Stir in egg whites and vanilla then add chocolate chips. For a brighter cake, rest the dough at room temperature for 20 minutes. Spoonfuls about the size of tablespoons onto a prepared baking sheet and bake until cooked, 10 to 12 minutes. Let it cool for about 5 minutes on a baking sheet, then carefully transfer the cookies to the cooling rack with a spatula to cool completely.
