MaterialFor Cakes


  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted

For Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 1/2 cup of butter, soft
  • 1/2 cup of pink sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder

For Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 1 cup refined sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, mashed
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Brush the pan 8x8 ''.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, eggs and vanilla. Stir the melted butter. Pour the mixture into a prepared skillet and spread it evenly into a flat layer.
  • Make a cinnamon stir topping by combing all ingredients until smooth.
  • Drop the small spoon of the mixture evenly over the cookie mixture. Use a knife to twist the cake and disperse the mixture throughout the cake mixture.
  • Bake 32-37 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Drizzle cream cheese to freeze warm cookies. Serve warm.
  • For Frozen Cheese Cream, shake the butter and cream cheese together. Add enough powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to make soft, creamy frosting. Drizzle the frosting over the cake with a spoon (or use a ziplock bag like I do - just cut a hole in one corner and add frosting).
  • This cake is best served on the same day.
