Blueberry Cheesecake Dessert Recipe
is my husband's childhood favorite with a light and moist cheesecake, topped with blueberry pie and whipped cream.

Material
- 12 graham crackers, around 1 2/3 glass graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 16-ounce cream cheese (two 8-ounce packages), soft
- 4 eggs, beat
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 21 ounces of blueberry pie
- 8 ounces of Cold Whip (about 3 cups)
Instructions
- Crush the graham crackers.
- Stir in the melted butter and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar.
- Press into a 9x13 inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add beaten eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake at 375 degrees for 20-23 minutes, or until cooked (the top is dry to the touch).
- Chill and fill with blueberry pie and whipped cream or whipped topping.
