Material



  • 12 graham crackers, around 1 2/3 glass graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 16-ounce cream cheese (two 8-ounce packages), soft
  • 4 eggs, beat
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 21 ounces of blueberry pie
  • 8 ounces of Cold Whip (about 3 cups)

Instructions


  • Crush the graham crackers.
  • Stir in the melted butter and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar.
  • Press into a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add beaten eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake at 375 degrees for 20-23 minutes, or until cooked (the top is dry to the touch).
  • Chill and fill with blueberry pie and whipped cream or whipped topping.
