Jerky Seasoning Cow Satay




Material:

  • - 300 grams of beef, look for a little fat, clean diced
  • - 1 tablespoon of margarine to be applied to meat when burned


Seasoned mashed:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of coriander, roasted
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
- 3 candlenuts, roasted
- 3 shallots cloves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 segment of galangal
- 1 lemongrass stem, take the white part
- 1 segment of ginger
- 1 turmeric segment

Other seasonings:

- 1/2 teaspoon of powdered pepper
- 2 tablespoons of tamarind juice
- 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Javanese sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt

How to make:

  • Soak beef into mashed spices for + 30 minutes. This immersion in addition to making the spices soak into the meat fibers also makes the meat become more tender so it ripens quickly when burned.
  • Cut pieces of meat using a skewer and burn them on the grill or embers. I use a meat grill that I put on the stove, practical and clean. Apply margarine to the meat. Bake the meat until the color becomes brown and dry. Lift and serve.
  • Delicious beef satay to be made as a side dish or accompanied by soy sauce sauce which is given slices of chili and shallots. Hmm yummy!
