BUTTERMILK OVEN CHIKEN FRIED
YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 piece of chicken
- 3 C. Versatile flour
- 2 tsp garlic pepper
- 1 teaspoon. Sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 C. buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon. powder developer
- 3/4 Tsp. baking soda powder
- Olive oil
HOW TO MAKE:
Oven 1-Heat 350 degrees:
2-In a baking sheet, stir the flour, garlic pepper, sugar and paprika.
3-In a medium bowl, stir together with buttermilk, eggs, baking powder and baking soda until blended.
4-Dip each part of the chicken into the buttermilk mixture, remove the excess.
5-Roll in flour mixture and then dip into butter milk and flour mixture for the second time.
6-Place in a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
7-Bake about 50-55 minutes or until the chicken is golden.
